Production Stages

The production is designed in such a manner, that each production stage can be inspected and chances of rejection at final stage after production is nullified.

Majorly the production is divided into 3 stages:

• Primary Operations include cutting, drilling, chamfer etc
• Secondary or Final operations include turning, threading, second holes, reamering, fresh cutting and finishing.
• Visual Checking & Packing

In spite of all our efforts, there may remain a small percent of rejection, maximum at an extent of 2% as the production does undergo some manual factors also. We try our level best to ignore the same but a promise if is to be made can be made with a rejection of 2% in the production.

We do not promise 100% perfection, but 98% is our achievement.

Checking
Checking is the most important preventive measure for us. Most of our manufactured goods are used in assemblies, and we understand well, that our rejected material will directly affect the production of our customer. So our production severely demands continuous checking. Online checking is what we follow to produce, on time and high quality goods.

Packing
Packing is done as per customer requirement, or by default in corrugated boxes with inner and plastic bags. Total weight per box does not exceed 30 kgs. And quality of boxes is export worthy. If required, certificate of material of the box could also be attached with other export documents. Marking, labeling, stickers, bar coding is done to keep transparency and easy visibility of the goods during transit.

Dispatch
Manufactured goods are dispatched via air, sea, or road as mutually agreed or instructed by our customer. All dispatch terms like CIF, CF, FOB etc. are acceptable to us that suits the best to the customer. Our good relations with freight forwarders help us to decrease the dispatch time, and ensure faster delivery.

Records
Every single thing is recorded as per ISO system. Records help us a lot in repeat orders, and to completely trace each and everything. They help us to show what we have done, and at times help us to solve many problems if arise, as we believe strongly -
